Arden Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Arden Hills rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Arden Hills in the second quarter of 2019.
