Roseville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Roseville rose by $39,900 while total sales decreased by 44.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,900 - a 14.5% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Roseville in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
