Randolph home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Randolph fell by $267,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 51.2% decrease over the $522,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Randolph in June 2019, as well.
