The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in South St. Paul fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 44.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,500 - a 2% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in South St. Paul in June 2019.
