Carver home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Carver rose by $116,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,000 - a 50.4% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carver in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Carver for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,190, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
