Cologne home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Cologne fell by $6,300 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,700 - a 2.1% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cologne in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Cologne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,916, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
