Lino Lakes home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Lino Lakes rose by $16,050 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,000 - a 5% increase over the $319,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lino Lakes in April 2019.
