Dayton home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Dayton rose by $100,800 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,800 - a 37.3% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dayton in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,604, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
