Newport home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Newport fell by $7,450 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 3.7% decrease over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Newport in April 2019.
