Ramsey home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Ramsey fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 71.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Ramsey in the first quarter of 2019.
