Lexington home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Lexington fell by $27,400 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 11.4% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lexington in the first quarter of 2019.
