Dayton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Dayton fell by $90,625 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 22.9% decrease over the $395,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Dayton in the first quarter of 2019.
