Little Canada home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Little Canada fell by $163,950 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 58.8% decrease over the $278,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Little Canada in the first quarter of 2019.
