Long Lake home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Long Lake fell by $40,600 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $332,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Long Lake in the first quarter of 2019.
