Minneapolis home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $20,600 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 814 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,100 - a 8% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 995 homes sold in Minneapolis in the first quarter of 2019.
