Victoria home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Victoria fell by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,500 - a 14.7% decrease over the $426,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.
