Dellwood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Dellwood rose by $545,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,620,000 - a 50.7% increase over the $1,075,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dellwood in the first quarter of 2019.
