Cologne home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Cologne fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $291,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cologne in the first quarter of 2019.
