Apple Valley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $8,050 while total sales decreased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,500 - a 3.2% increase over the $252,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first quarter of 2019.
