Minneapolis home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 12% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 296 homes sold in Minneapolis in February 2019.
