New Hope home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in New Hope rose by $50,800 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $202,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Hope in February 2019.
