Jordan home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Jordan rose by $10,060 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $220,440 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Jordan in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2018 was $3,428. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,210. This marks an increase of 6.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
