New Prague home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in New Prague fell by $8,605 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,900 - a 3.3% decrease over the $258,505 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Prague in April 2018, as well.
