Shakopee home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Shakopee fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 1% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Shakopee in May 2018.
