New Prague home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in New Prague fell by $38,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 15% decrease over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in New Prague in May 2018.
