Savage home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Savage fell by $7,300 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $297,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Savage in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Savage for 2019 was $3,760. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,585. This marks an increase of 4.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
