New Prague home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in New Prague rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 47.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Prague in July 2018.
