Jordan home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Jordan rose by $10,583 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $289,418 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Jordan in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2019 was $3,620. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,428. This marks an increase of 5.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
