New Prague home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in New Prague rose by $53,300 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,700 - a 30.7% increase over the $173,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Prague in August 2018.
