Jordan home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Jordan rose by $40,950 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,950 - a 16.8% increase over the $244,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Jordan in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2019 was $3,620. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,428. This marks an increase of 5.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
