Chaska home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Chaska fell by $64,050 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,950 - a 20.8% decrease over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Chaska in August 2017.
