Victoria home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Victoria fell by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 25.3% decrease over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Victoria in March 2018.
