Cologne home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Cologne rose by $25,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cologne in April 2018, as well.
