Victoria home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Victoria rose by $17,900 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,900 - a 4.2% increase over the $422,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Victoria in May 2018.
