The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Chanhassen in May 2018.
