Victoria home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Victoria rose by $133,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $547,450 - a 32.4% increase over the $413,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Victoria in September 2018.
