Mayer home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mayer rose by $39,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $280,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayer in September 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Mayer for 2019 was $3,096. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,948. This marks an increase of 5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
