Chaska home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Chaska rose by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $256,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Chaska in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Chaska for 2019 was $3,272. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,128. This marks an increase of 4.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
