Carver home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Carver fell by $62,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 20.6% decrease over the $305,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Carver in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Carver for 2019 was $4,190. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,980. This marks an increase of 5.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
