Carver home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Carver rose by $14,162 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $335,838 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Carver in November 2018.
