Watertown (Carver County) home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Watertown in Carver County rose by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a 15.7% increase over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Watertown in November 2018.
