Empire home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Empire rose by $89,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 57.1% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Empire in September 2017.
