Edina home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Edina fell by $23,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,500 - a 4.2% decrease over the $550,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Edina in August 2017.
