Empire home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Empire rose by $147,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 77.2% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Empire in October 2017.
