Apple Valley home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $42,600 while total sales increased by 59.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,900 - a 19.5% increase over the $218,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Apple Valley in January 2018.
