Farmington home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Farmington rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 26.3% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Farmington in January 2018.
