Apple Valley home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Apple Valley in March 2018.
