Northfield home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Northfield rose by $108,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 47.6% increase over the $226,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Northfield in April 2018.
