Lakeville home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Lakeville fell by $2,600 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $304,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Lakeville in April 2018.
