West St. Paul home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in West St. Paul rose by $2,889 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,500 - a 1.3% increase over the $223,611 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in West St. Paul in April 2018.

The median sales tax in West St. Paul for 2019 was $2,795. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,468. This marks an increase of 13.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
